Shipping & Tracking

Shipping is free for orders over $39.99!

Your order shipment status can be tracked on your shipping confirmation email, which we will send out to you this once your order has been sent out. 

If you can not find your delivery you may want to check with the rest of your housemates if they brought it in the house without your knowledge or check in with your neighbors to see if they were accidentally delivered your package. This happens quite often and usually the package is with one of the previously mentioned.

Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information updates to appear after a package is scanned by shipping carriers. Our support team can help to track packages once they are being processed by these delivery services. Luckily, this usually resolves within a few days, and your package will arrive soon. However, if there has been no tracking movement in more than 10-14 business days, please chat in with your current shipping address and we'll be glad to look into it!
