I received the wipers and noticed that they were broken/missing a piece to be able to clip into the wiper arms. Customer service replied quickly, but I haven't gotten parts in order to fix it.

Super easy to install. They work really well. And they look good too
They wipe clear and quiet but at highway speeds they wiggle back and forth as they whip but they wipe clear just weird to see them wiggle like that. The drivers side is worse then passenger side but it is longer. Other then that great quality product.

Sorry to hear this. We often see this with customers who forget to take the plastic protector off the rubber, but we would also recommend wiping down the rubber with a wet cloth prior to use, which tends to rejuvenate the wiper blade from the packaging.
