Clix Wiper Blades

Clix Wiper Blades may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, customers need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. If the wiper blades have been opened & used, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Exchanges for identical or different products are allowed, with customers responsible for covering any price differences. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days.

    Clix Aroma Starter Packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required. We will refund the full order amount, excluding the initial shipping cost.

    Accepted Returns Reasons:

    • Defective Pods
    • Defective Diffuser

    Return Process:

    Returns of unused Aroma Pods are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days. 

    Aroma Club Subscribers:

    Aroma Club Subscribers have a lifetime warranty applicable on diffusers. If your diffuser fails, please contact our service to fill out a warranty claim and receive another diffuser FREE of charge.
