At Clix Wipers, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Unfortunately, it can be hard to bat 1000 with wiper blades. If you're experiencing an issue with your Clix wipers and believe it's covered under warranty, we're here to help you get it resolved quickly and easily.

What's Covered:

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. This includes:

Cracks, splits, or tears in the wiper blade
Extreme streaking or skipping during operation
Premature wear or damage not caused by user error

What's Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear.  Wiper blades have a traditional lifespan of 6+ months.
Improper installation or use
Accidents, misuse, or abuse
Exposure to extreme weather conditions
Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
How to Make a Claim:

Gather your information:

• Have your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue ready.
• Visit our online portal: Click the "Start a Claim" button below and submit your information.
• Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.  If accepted you will be issued a new wiper blade or refund.
